Returns & Refunds
At Ziora, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from their description are eligible for a return or refund. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products, fragrances, wigs, hair extensions, underwear, and personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5–10 business days. If the return is due to our error or the seller’s error, the return shipping cost will be covered.
